About This Project

Once upon a time there was a farmer with a dream in his heart: making people fall in love with the taste of the “Tonda Gentile delle Langhe” Hazelnut. This is his tale.

Since 1891, we have the privilege of growing the best hazelnut in the world, exclusively in the territory of the Piedmontese Langhe, in the Alta Langa area of CRU for the most prized of hazelnuts. For five generations our family, with unchanged passion, has handed down from father to son the techniques and knowledge of sustainable hazel cultivation.
